About the Role

This role suits someone who knows the gear, understands the industry, and thrives on building strong, long-term client relationships.

As Business Development Manager, you’ll work with both new and existing clients to identify the right parts, components, or service solutions for their operations. You’ll be supported by a skilled team that delivers on what we promise — and you’ll help us continue to grow across the mining, construction, and civil sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather market insights to inform strategy and uncover opportunities
  • Travel across the region 2–3 days a week to meet with customers
  • Deliver tailored recommendations backed by mechanical know-how
  • Work with the team to quote, fulfil orders, and follow through on service
  • Represent EHS with professionalism, integrity, and a no-nonsense approach
  • Help expand our presence across the mining, construction, and civil industries

 

What You’ll Need

  • Strong mechanical knowledge — ideally across CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi and Liebherr
  • Experience in heavy equipment, parts or component sales
  • Great communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with solid organisational skills
  • Current driver’s licence

About the Role

Join our hands-on workshop in Paget or hit the road with our field service team. You’ll work across a wide range of machines including CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, and Liebherr, diagnosing, rebuilding, and repairing parts and components to keep our clients moving.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Rebuild, overhaul, and inspect components to meet internal quality standards
  • Dismantle and assess machines sourced from tier-one and mining fleets
  • Carry out diagnostic work and identify primary faults before jumping to replacement
  • Attend breakdowns and perform onsite change-outs when required
  • Maintain accurate job records and communicate clearly with the team
  • Keep safety at the forefront of all tasks

 

What You’ll Need

  • Trade qualification as a Diesel Fitter / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Cert III or equivalent)
  • Experience with mining and heavy construction equipment
  • Ability to problem solve and deliver quality, reliable repairs
  • Current driver’s licence (HR or MR licence a bonus)
  • High-risk work licences (forklift, dogging, etc.) desirable but not essential
